MRS. BARNES’ BEACH BULLETIN
WELCOME
My name is Christi Barnes and this is my third year at Odyssey Academy. I will be teaching 3rd grade Language Arts. This is my 11th year of teaching and have taught 1st – 3rd grade. I moved from Kansas City in July 2009 and currently love living on the island.
I am married to Gary and together we have 6 children. Derek is 19, Ryan is 17, Emma is 16, Kelly is 16, Anna is 11 and Miles is 3. We love spending time together at the beach! We also share our home with 3 dogs. Sam is a 14 year old cocker spaniel, Norman is a 4 year old Llasso and Mei is a 3 year old rescued greyhound. Life at my house is NEVER boring!
